(“Mayan Magic Trip”) will seek to process your personal or sensitive data, including all data that can identify you, such as your name and surname, telephone number, postal and email address. ("Data"), are controlled to provide privacy and the right to informative self-determination thereof, we suggest reading this notice since the provision of Data to Mayan Magic Trip by any means constitutes acceptance of this notice of privacy.

The Data may be stored on the servers owned by Mayan Magic Trip in Mexico, or in other countries with an adequate level of protection, and may be transferred, shared and/or assigned to subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliates and suppliers of Mayan Magic Trip, within of national territory or abroad provided that you consent to it and that the law allows it, for the purposes of confirming reservations with the Final Providers of the services requested by you, for identification and contact purposes, to better understand the needs of our clients and thus achieve a better service, since in general certain information about you is required to acquire or reserve the services of our site.

The confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Data is protected by administrative and technical security measures, such as the SSL encryption padlock (SiteLock) that is activated throughout the website, also by physical measures, to avoid damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, improper access, or disclosure.

We do not use tracking mechanisms, also known as cookies, so it is not necessary to make a configuration about these mechanisms.
