CANCELLATION POLICIES AND GUARANTEES

Tour Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour departure time; full refund.
• 47 to 36 hours before the tour departure time; 80% refund.
• 35 to 0 hours before the tour departure time or simply not show up (No Show); there will be no refund.

Cancellation Policies for Combos and Tour Packages:

• They are not cancelable since there will be no total or partial refund in case of cancellation of one or more tours part of a Combo or Tours.

Cancellation Policies for Touristic Transportation and Transfers from and to the Airport:

• 36 hours before, full refund.
• 35 to 24 hours before 50% charge.
• 23 to 0 hours before there is no refund.

Hotel Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations up to 15 days, full refund.
• 14 to 7 days, 15% charge on the total amount.
• 6 to 2 days before the date of arrival at the hotel 50% charge on the total amount
• 1 day before or simply not arrive (No show) there will be no refund.

GUARANTEE

Guarantee for Bad Weather in Tours:

• If you want to change the date of a tour due to bad weather conditions, you can do it, as long as it is at least 24 hours before and there will be no charge.

Price Guarantee:
Mayan Magic Trip guarantees the reservation of your hotel, tour, or any other service, as well as its price against any increase or change as long as you have made the reservation with full payment.

Mayan Magic Trip will be responsible only for the contracted services and not for the situations inherent in the operation of the hotel or the tour.
